Starting his journey in the industry at Lemef Construction Ltd, Eric underwent an apprenticeship from 1999 to 2002. This phase equipped him with a solid foundation in public safety, construction, meticulous attention to detail, customer service, teamwork, physical endurance, and the proficient handling of equipment crucial to the field. Transitioning through roles within Lemef Construction, he ascended to Foreman/Supervisor (2002 -2006), overseeing municipal road construction crews, providing hands-on training, managing project start-ups, and ensuring compliance with construction standards.
